一般情況下只要聽從山區嚮導及導遊的指示，一定要在安全警戒線的範圍內，就能體驗山區健行。
一般的には、山のガイドの指示に従って、安全の範囲でいるなら、ハイキングを楽しく体験できます。
Generally, to hike securely, just follow the instructions from the local guide and the tourist guide and stay in a safe area.
【體驗方式一】
【その一】
【First Way】
有時積雪深，腳一踩下就會陷入雪裡，變成走一步就要坐下來把腳拔起，然後繼續前進。
積雪が深いところを歩いてみたら、足はすぐ雪に陥ります。それで、足を雪の中に引き上げて、まだ歩き続けます。
When the snow is deep, your feet are easily stuck in the snow. You have to sit down and pull them out in order to move forward.

【Second Way】
我們因此衍生出第二種方式：為了避免腳陷到雪裡，可以手腳併用，屁股貼地滑行推進。（前進速度會比較慢：P）
なので、足が沈むないように、歩くときは、手と足とも使って、尻が床に座って前に進みます。（そんなに速くないですけど）
This is following the first one. In order not to be stuck in the snow, you could use both your hands and legs with your butt gliding on the ground. (This may be a slower way though. :p)
【體驗方式三】【Third Way】
如果遇到風雪變大，我們還是可以手腳併用，壓低身體匍匐前進。（速度稍微比方式二快一點XD）
もし、風雪が強くなってくる場合は、前と同じように、手と足とも使って、腹這いになって、ほふくで前に進みます。（【二】より速いです）
When it becomes stormy, you can still use your hand, trying to lower your body and crawl. (This one is a bit faster than the second. :D)
總而言之，一般情況下只要聽從山區嚮導及導遊的指示，一定要在安全警戒線的範圍內，就能體驗山區健行。山上天氣狀況不一定，所以我們會教導大家應有的準備及裝備。
とりあえず、一般的な状況は、山のガイドの話に従って、安全で快適なハイキングを楽しめるのです。しかし、山の天気は変わりやすいのですが、皆さんに山登り知識や持つべきのものを教えます。
Anyways, to have a safe hike, just listen to the local guide and the tourist guide and stay in the safety area. The weather is uncertain in the mountains, so we will teach everyone how to prepare what you need.
【小插曲】
曾經有個團員沒有注意山區嚮導的指示，不小心一腳陷入雪坑動彈不得，最後在山區嚮導跟導遊徒手挖雪，腳才拔了出來。
【エピソード】
以前に、あるメンバーさんが山のガイドの話を忘れてしまいまして、歩くときに、足が雪に陥って、動けなかったのです。最後にガイドは素手でメンバーさんの足を引き上げてきました。
【Little Interlude】
A tour member’s leg was once stuck in the snow and unable to move at all that because this member did not note what the local guide said. The local guide and our tour guide dug the snow with bare hands and eventually saved him from the snow.
之後，我們的嚮導背上因此多帶了一把鏟子。
その後、うちのガイドはシャベルを持ち始めました。
After this trip, our guide then brought an extra shovel with him on the way.
